Former Governor Mitt Romney has stumbled downward in a recent Washington Times poll, but still holds on to strong lead garnering 38%. Ron Paul finished in second with 23.6% and Iowa Caucus winner Rick Santorum saw his support increase to 10.8%.
The hometown favorite Romney is expected to get 40%-50% of the vote and anything under would be a disappointment for his campaign.

This poll is BOGUS. Buddy Roemer is showing 13% on the poll on this very web page. WHY WON’T THEY INCLUDE HIM ? MONEY!! They don’t want you to know where their money comes from. They are bought and sold! They don’t want him in the debates and they don’t want him in their polls. What is wrong with this picture?? So the REAL numbers in the polls will only show if he is included in the debates. People have to know who he is. Then let’s see the poll numbers. People of America, you know who owns this country? Not you. The special interests, the lobbyists for the big corporations, the banks. Buddy Roemer $100 campaign contribution limit. I’d like to see anyone else try and run a campaign that clean. Laura, I agree Buddy should be included. in the ’08 run for the GOP candidate Ron Paul faced similar opposition. I am still a devouted Paul supporter, but I do wish more viable candidates, like Roemer were included. However, at the same time, it is easy to only take small contributions when not many people are offering big ones.
Honestly though, I would really like to hear more about Roemer. From what I’ve read he is somewhere between Romney and Paul on most issues. Though, if you’re willing to halfway, you may as well go all the way and vote for Paul!
Now that Bachman is out, I just hope Mr. Santorum drops out next. I can’t stand the guy (I’m a PA native). I’d prefer Pres. Obama.

ron paul is too far right, and his stand on iran is dangerous. iran is a real threat to build a nuclear bomb.
ron paul is also an isolationist. i like santorum more.
I understand that Paul’s foreign policy is unconventional to what we currently have. With the information that Santorum’s been given, it would be rational to suggest sanctions on Iran.
Military and CIA experts have come out and supported Paul in his assertion that it is blowback that has contributed to terrorism against the United States. Check out Roemer. His focus on corruption might make him sound “liberal” but his answers to key issues are conservative and common sense.

Rather than a disclosure regrading the lack of inclusion, Buddy Roemer should be included… If a candidate merits a disclosure, doesn’t that indicate that he deserves a spot on the ballot?

In the latest New Hampshire media stories,
Jon Huntsman has moved up to third place in several stories. It sounds like Washington Post has bought wrong phone numbers or bad data .
While I could understand Santorum as number two , but Huntsman has been moving up for days.
So ,
it sounds like problem phone calls,which is what happens when you do out of state random calls.
Choose wisely GOP. We will be watching.

Interesting about Roemer, I never even knew the guy was running. Paul, at this point, gets my vote and its mostly because of Romney’s incessant corporate political pacs. He’s out the door as far as I am concerned. If he gets the nomination I am voting for Obama 100%.
The only chance that this country has to regain our freedom and liberties is Ron Paul! Vote for Dr Paul and give our children and grandchildren a chance!
I just hope that New Hampshire with their “live free or die” motto votes for the truth and liberty. Dr. Ron Paul is the only one who will give it to them.
